Reseller Program
- The IJON LLC Reseller Program gives you immediate access to retail our quality products.
- Your customers' orders will be Drop Shipped from our warehouse
- Prospective resellers can apply for an account by completing the online application form . A business license, Federal Tax ID, active website and a valid credit card are needed to complete the application
- Once approved you will be notified by e-mail and we will send you the current price list with product designs.
- When you are ready to place an order please E-mail us your order form to sales@americanhomefashion.com and we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received
- When the order is ready to be shipped,we will charge your credit card and the order will ship when the payment has been approved.
Shipping Rules
- We use UPS P.O. Boxes cannot be used as a ship-to address.
- Packages will be insured according to the current insurance agreement that IJON LLC has with UPS.
- The reseller pays the freight on all shipments.
Returns
- Every order, has a document which tells the customer to contact the reseller if there is a problem with the merchandise for any reason. IJON LLC does not handle returns from the end customers.
- IJON LLC does not take any returns, except for defective merchandise.
- In the case of defective merchandise, please request a RA#.
- IJON LLC will inspect the products for any defects and we will replace the item once it has been determined the product id defective
Payment
- Resellers are required to provide credit card information that IJON LLC will keep on file, and will charge before fulfilling orders.
